Refund Policy

At Attorney Resume Service, we are committed to delivering high-quality, professional resume and career-document services. However, because we provide customized services rather than tangible products, all purchases are subject to a strict no-refund policy.

 

Once work on a service has begun, the service is considered rendered. Unlike a retail product, our work cannot be returned, restocked, or resold. Each resume, cover letter, or related document is created specifically for the individual client based on their background, goals, and materials. For this reason, refunds are not available once the service has been performed or delivered, including after a draft has been completed.

 

This no-refund policy is enforced without exception and is agreed to at the time of purchase. It exists to protect both the company and the professionals who perform the work.

 

That said, client satisfaction is extremely important to us. In lieu of refunds, Attorney Resume Service provides a revision period to ensure the final deliverable meets your expectations. Clients are entitled to thirty (30) days of revisions following delivery of the initial draft so that feedback can be incorporated and reasonable adjustments can be made.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are permitted only within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase and before any draft has been delivered, as evidenced by email correspondence with your assigned writer, consultant, or a member of our support team.

 

If a cancellation request is submitted within this 24-hour window and before any draft work has been provided, the client is eligible for a partial refund of ninety percent (90%) of the amount paid. The remaining ten percent (10%) is retained as a non-refundable administrative fee.

 

Once 24 hours have passed, or once a draft has been delivered—whichever occurs first—no cancellation or refund requests will be accepted.
